I contacted Caper Fear Generators to inquire about the installation of a whole house generator. I was very impressed with the entire process. It was smooth. The communication from the very start with Wade Cameron was great. He explained the advantages of each brand of generator and how the installation would proceed.
We ended up purchasing a Briggs & Stratton generator. The installation team of Tyler, Courtney, and Myron was also great. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. At the conclusion of the installation, they explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with how the generator would work.
I am very pleased with Cape Fear Generators and highly recommend the company to all.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company and the service they provide. I am a 10+ year generator customer and the service team is exceptional. Also think their staff, especially Kim, do an outstanding job keeping customers apprised of where things stand in regards to repairs being made. Also I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Tyler. What a knowledgeable fellow he is! Once again these folk provide the great service you would expect.

The service tech Ryan called to advise what time he would arrive to service my Generac home backup generator. He did a fantastic job. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. This was the first time I used CFG and I will never use anyone else to service my generator.
