Electrical Contractor and entrepreneur M.E. Adams used his relationships and experience gained at White Electric from Atlanta, GA to build his own company. In 1928, he started Adams Electric Company in Reidsville, NC. More than 85+ years later, Adams is one of the most experienced and respected Electrical Contractors throughout the Southeast. Our history and experience has been paramount to our success. Please explore our timeframe below that showcases how Adams has grown since 1928 and constantly continues to connect to the future and help our clients do so as well.
Our experience ranges in scope and size of commercial development projects; including corporate offices, interior renovations, parking, retail and mixed-use development. When you partner with Adams Electric on a Commerical project, you are working with a construction partner who knows the construction process and values your business goals. Adams adds value to a project based on the experience we've gained on many specialty commercial projects. We have built trust through our performance on projects with companies such as Bank of America Stadium, Boeing, BB&T, Wells Fargo, SCOR, CBRE, Motricity, NASCAR Hall of Fame Tower, Deloitte and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Since 1928, Adams Electric has successfully built over $750 million in Industrial construction projects; including numerous projects over 1,000,000 SF. We take great pride that our company was originated in the Industrial market. We utilize decades of in-house experience to create innovative designs and quality construction. By providing turn-key projects at a competitive cost for our clients, we have built many long-term partnerships. Adams continues to use our vast knowledge in the industrial market to add value to both existing and new clients.
Adams Electric is committed and invested in our preconstruction process. We believe there is no substitute for proper planning on a project; therefore, Preconstruction is a critical phase - as critical as the construction itself. Our extensive experience allows us to proceed where information is limited or preliminary in nature by applying fast-track techniques.
With hands-on involvement from the company's principals and project team from preconstruction to project completion; we're able to ensure that the construction process stays within budget and exceeds your project goals. An experienced project manager, project assistant, field superintendent and an on-site foreman will lead our project team. Although we manage our projects with a team approach, we demand individual performance, accountability and responsibility from our associates. Adams Electric takes a pro-active approach to problem solving, teamwork, and the desire to achieve the project objectives.
