Ok. What I experienced after PPL came out to find that I had an emergency with my outside breaker box, they recommended me to call LAPP so I called left a message and they called right back and from the very beginning, Shane Peterson with LAPP from the first phone call Sunday evening after freezing in the dark, no electric and no heat, he was so kind and explained some things to me. He was here very fast. He did his thing in the freezing, then I called PPL back they did their thing. Today was the final touches from Shane Patterson at 7am, he was with Larry Smoker. I just have to say EXCELLENT Service from the beginning to the end, Shane made it actually enjoyable, crazy cause my butt was freezing Sunday evening but today I couldn't be more happy. THANK YOU SHANE AND LARRY! Maybe my Bill will be as nice as they were, lol!
