Our company is honored once again to be included in Solar Power World magazine's list of the nation's Top Solar Contractors. In 2019, we were listed as #93 of 415 companies. This year we moved up 11 positions, to #82 of 407 companies. The Top Solar Contractors list celebrates the achievements of U.S. solar developers, subcontractors and installers within the utility, commercial and residential markets, and ranks contractors by kilowatts installed in the previous year. John Mills Electric and its subsidiary, Twin Tier Solar have been installing and servicing solar systems for approximately a decade now. We have accomplished large turn-key installations such as Houghton College at 2.5 MW. And, we've contracted our services as the Electrical Contractor on several large solar installations in the Southern Tier. Namely, a 13.5MW installation near Ithaca and a 5.3MW installation near Middlesex, NY for Conti Solar. As Commercial and Industrial Utility-Scale Solar Farms become more prevalent, so does the need for regular maintenance of these systems.
