So I call and get a quote for $95 an hour. $95 is supposed to be applied to bill. I tell them what's wrong and sounds like a simple fix. Plumber comes out for approximately 40 minutes. It is a simple fix. A snake just needs to run through kitchen sink. Poof it's done. I get the bill and it's for $140! I call and am told they have to charge $45 for the snake! Really?! Isn't that part of fixing the problem within my $95 an hour?! So for $95 an hour I'm paying you for what? Having coffee and a danish? I will never use this company again.
We woke up this morning with no hot water. If you have a family, no hot water is a bad thing. I thought my chances to find a plumbing company short notice were slim to none. I was wrong, Firkus plumbing came out within a few hours and Keith the service tech was on it. He found the problem and had us up and running within a half hour. Of course, it was a very busy time, but I got a call the next morning, and 2 plumbers came to my home a few hours later. Everything was taken care of, and I was SO relieved!
