First time around using Alliance - the gal did a great job other than she left us a mess to clean up - water all over the place. We decided to give them another chance. Had a few quick projects - one being to replace the copper pipe with a new hose to hook up to a new refrigerator/ ice maker. The day they were to do the work, got a call 30 minutes prior saying the plumber called out he hurt his back. Okay reschedule. Joe shows up on time - does the work on the refrigerator and needs a part to complete the 2nd project - will need to come back later in the week. He had moved the refrigerator back - so had I not decided to reposition it I may not had noticed right away that he had not replaced the copper pipe, but he also had left the old filter that is outside the refrigerator connected - they are on the inside for new refrigerators. I called the office and Suzy - who Is the only positive experience of using this company - said she would let Joe know. Joe shows up on Thursday - I explain to him what needs to happen - he tells me he will have to go to the shop to get some parts.what? why did you not bring it to begin with? At this point I just want the work done. I do appreciate that Joe lowered the refrigerator so that the wheels were on the floor and it could be moved in and out.thank you for that. Okay job is done - but now we had to hire someone out to fix the next mess Joe made - I think he knows he messed up, for he has not returned my husbands phone calls. He put in a new turn off valve for the refrigerator - but cut a giant hole - that not only is bigger than it needed to be but isn't straight.and he also did not clean up his mess. I prefer to give 5 stars and spread the word when a company does great work.but sorry Alliance we gave you 2 chances.the 2nd you failed - we won't be using you again.
What a great experience from the receptionist Suzy that booked our service call and to the plumber named Joe that did the work. We needed to replace one of our toilets and decided to go with an ADA model called the Viper. I'm very happy with our choice to use Alliance Plumbing as they were very informative as to the products they offered and did everything they said they would. They were on time and in and out in a very short time and everything was clean and tidy when they left
