First of all, all the reviews here are from California. Chris left the mess known as California over a year ago. Rest assure, all the reviews are from the same guy's company. So Prescott area, if something goes wrong in your plumbin, Chris is the man to call. He showed up right on time to fix my situation. Chris quickly and accurately diagnosed my problems. The price was definitely in line with the plumbing industry. Amber, his assistant, was friendly and very efficient.

Loves these guys. They were professional, kind, and felt like family with service. Cord and his work companion were super nice and got the extra parts he needed to repair all of our 3 toilets within the same hour. The reviews were true so definitely go with these guys! They are the best!

I can't say enough good things about Chris's Plumbing. I needed to have an old walk-in tub removed and a standard tub & shower combo put in. Their crew did an amazing job. The guys were polite, thorough and meticulous. And HONEST. I appreciate how thorough they were, and just how happy they seemed to be to do my job. Bob, the lead guy, was very professional as was his crew.. Their office staff was very sweet about scheduling and communication, too. I highly recommend Chris's Plumbing!

After wasting two days waiting for another plumbing company to show up for their scheduled appointment, I checked out my local Google and Yelp reviews and found Chris' Plumbing, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I spoke with their customer service rep I knew I was talking with honest people who care about doing the job right. They were prompt to confirm appointments and flexible with my schedule changes, sending both texts and emails to confirm times. The day of my appointment I wasn't home, but my roommate said they showed up on the dot at their scheduled time, and were out the door within 15 minutes. Now my toilet is working great. I had a backed up kitchen sink that I had tried to unclog myself last night. Overnight treatment didn't work and I needed a professional. From Hayley who handled the scheduling, to the technician Sean who cleared my drain, service was excellent. Hayley scheduled for a 10-12 PM time frame but called back to advise an earlier job was finished early and a tech could be here in a half hour. Sean was very polite and used care in getting the job done. He even sprayed down the side of my house where he cleared the drain so my 2 pups wouldn't get into any of the chemicals that I had used in the sink the night before. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Highly recommend this company!

We woke up with NO HOT WATER! My husband hates that. When we called our landlord's company through the warranty company, they wouldn't have someone available until Monday. I said no way. I am not waiting 3 DAYS FOR HOT WATER. I called Chris' Plumbing and they had someone available for the afternoon. Sean was fantastic. He was professional and had the issue resolved in under 10 minutes. He also showed my husband how to reset this issue in case it happens again. The invoice for the services was instantly sent upon completion so it made it so simple to pay. Thank you Sean and Chris for fantastic service! You will not regret using them.

Called on Friday to set up service for Monday morning to remove tankless water heater then to come back in the afternoon to replace it as I had to return old one and get new one. The gal who took my call was very friendly and set me up for service. Monday service guy showed up on time very friendly and helpful did his job, and returned at the time he was supposed to in the afternoon. Very happy with the service. Service professional very knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely would recommend this company. They do what they say they're going to and are on time.
They do seem to be a little high on the price but don't let that sway you. They are up front with the price and don't try to charge you for extras when they are at your house. I would definitely pay a little extra for this quality of service, this quality of service is hard to come by.

Sean and Bryan from Chris Plumbing came out to give and estimate for a leaking pipe under my house. They gave us an estimate and then they came out 3 days later to do the job! They estimated about 4 hours and they were close to that estimate! They were both very professional and answered all my questions. They gave us a Military discount which I thought was cool! I really liked how this company was keeping me informed with texts. I knew when they confirmed the appointment and when they were on their way! I also received my estimate and invoice for the job via texts as well. I recommend this company due to their promptness and how quick they took care of the issue! Very happy!
I got to admit, it was a valiant attempt.
