Having a terrible time getting our job finished. It's been partially done for over a week. The people who came for the install came on a Friday and said they would finish on Monday. Monday was a no call no show. For a whole week I tried getting in touch with someone at the company and no one could help me or get me answers. I finally called the salesman who set everything up. I explained to him the issues and also sent him pictures of what we weren't happy with. He told me "well I think it looks pretty good". When I explained to him the one side of the yards fence is different at the top than the other, he told me the reason while I understood, I would've liked it explained before we went through with service. When I asked if we could have the boards cut to match the other side of the house I was told "they usually don't pay that much attention to detail". According to the long fence website, the pledge states: -To approach all jobs with prompt, professional courtesy -To accept all jobs with dedication to quality service and attention to detail -To accomplish all jobs by offering the best value for investment I feel very misled. Now today we've noticed some of the fence boards were never nailed/ screwed in and are coming up. We chose long fence even though they were more expensive because we wanted a quality and reputable company. We have been sorely disappointed.
