In 2002, Chad Blackburn founded Professional Plumbing Systems to carry out his vision of bringing quality plumbing work, affordable prices, and friendly service to every job, large or small. He built a team of technicians dedicated to providing exceptional work. Chad requires each member of the team to be honest and efficient. We create relationships of trust and respect with every one of our customers. Relationships come first for us, so we don't want our technicians to double as salespeople. Our technicians do not work on commissions.
Professional Plumbing Systems is the first number you should call to get your water softener back into working order. And with our upfront pricing and commitment to quality, you can be sure it's also the last phone call you'll need to make for all of your water softening and plumbing needs. We've heard this question over and over again: Why do I need a water softener in my home? While there are several reasons why water softeners are found in homes across the United States, the most important one is that hard water is hard on houses.
When it comes to plumbing, experience matters. We've been in the business for over 15 years, so you can trust that we have the expertise to maintain, repair, or install all makes and models of electric and gas water heaters in Utah County. Proper upkeep is less expensive than repairs, so we recommend that you don't wait until your water heater fails. Every water heater should be checked on a regular basis to avoid costly repairs or complete replacement. Give us a call-we're happy to let you know how often you should get the tank flushed and replace the anode rod.
Whether the construction is commercial or residential, we have a plumbing team to fit your needs. Save yourself time and stress: We do it right the first time, every time. With over 15 years of plumbing experience in Utah County, our team can handle any new construction project. We're ready to take on plumbing jobs as small as a tenant improvement and are equally capable to handle any large scale commercial project. In addition to standard plumbing projects, we also install radiant heating and ice melt systems.
Has a drain in your home slowly progressed from working properly to draining slowly to completely clogged? Our technicians are equipped with the expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem and clear even the most difficult clogs. Over time, the drains in your home can become clogged with dirt, thread, minerals, hair, soap, and many other substances that work their way through the pipes. Drains can progress from working properly to draining slowly to completely stopped up. If your drain issue is not too severe, you may be able to handle it on your own.
We know bad things happen. Drains get plugged, water heaters go out, toilets get clogged, boilers stop heating your home. At Professional Plumbing Systems, we treat every relationship with care and respect. We're committed to bringing our expertise, fair prices, and friendly service to get the job done right for our Utah County customers. We're also here for you when you're ready to add something new to your home. We're the pros when it comes to installing more efficient water heaters, adding water softeners, running natural gas lines, or creating plumbing systems for new homes.
Our experienced technicians will quickly determine the cause of the issue and give you a straightforward estimate of the cost and time for repairs. In some cases it may be more cost-effective to replace your boiler. We treat our Utah County customers like family, so we'll give you our expert advice and let you decide. Once we get your approval, we'll get to work right away.
We had PPS out on Monday to fix an upstairs toilet that was clogged. It ended up causing backup problems for the toilet directly below it a few days later. Ben came out on a Sunday and got it all squared away at no charge because they had already been out once to fix the problem. He was professional and did a great job. We are PPS customers for life!
Not happy with this company. My husband is currently in the process of fixing what they did. They didn't center the plumbing on the wall, so now it it won't work with the cabinet. I discussed what size cabinet I would be using with the plumber, and assumed that he would base the placement on that measurement. But instead, they just put the new plumbing in the exact same place where the old pipes were! Just pure laziness. Now we have to move it ourselves - our project is so far behind (we had to call them back out to fix a mistake they made, which put us behind) that asking them to come back and fix THIS mistake isn't even an option. We just don't have time at this point. I will NEVER use this plumbing company again. We will be doing extensive remodeling in our upstairs later in the year, and I will definitely be calling someone else for that.
PPS is a great company, I would recommend them to everyone! They were very fast and very affordable. Very happy with their work and will be using them in the future.
Hey everyone, just wanted to send out a friendly reminder, cold season is here!!! Remember to remove your hoses from your hos bibs!!! So they won’t freeze and break and flood your home come spring when you start using them again!!’
This is a snow melt system we installed around a pool decking at a hotel then they pour the concrete pad, it tied to a boiler system which heats the glycol in the system and circulates it out into the piping which then warms up the concrete pad and melts the snow, so no shoveling the snow is needed,...
