Extremely rude customer service. We called Harp with a few questions about an electrical inspection they did on our house. The marketing manager we spoke to became very defensive and was unwilling to have a conversation about the report he wrote. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionali sm. When we asked to speak with his supervisor he quickly hung up. We will not be using Harp in the future nor would we recommend their services to anyone else.
