Kitchen sinks: Kitchen sink lines are usually cleaned from a roof vent. If this is the case it's a relatively quick fix. Occasionally they have to be cleaned from under the sink, when this happens there is a chance we'll have to replace the p-trap. Bath-tubs: Are almost always cleaned from the access at the trip-lever (the stopper handle). If this is the case it will have to be replaced, as there is no way to clean it properly. Bathroom sink drains: Bathroom sinks are cleaned from under the sink.
If you didn't take a couple minutes to watch it, I'll give you the short version: water heater goes boom, blowing out through the floor with the bottom of the tank, and blowing completely through the roof (and even getting some air time after penetrating the roof.) Water expands when heated, and if it doesn't have a way of escaping though the T&P valve (Temperature & Press Valve) due to blockage or improper installation, things go really wrong. Fortunately, those sort of catastrophic failures are rare.

Brandon did great work and was more than accommodating. I originally had him out to fix a leak in my main sewer line. While he was there he was also kind enough to look at a couple other items that came up unexpectedly. The morning he was due to come out he got an emergency call to another customer. Rather than just pushing my appointment off Brandon was forward thinking and asked to reschedule to an earlier time. I really appreciated Brandon squeezing me in even with higher priority services being requested. I would absolutely recommend him again!
Brandon is #1 of the best, he makes time for any of my plumbing needs or my referrals. He's the most honest, thoughtful, and hard working people i know.
Brandon does amazing work and is an outstanding guy! My parents live out in the country and have a septic tank and he was able to repair their sink that was having issues draining. Great dude, great prices! Will hire him in the future!
I weighed myself this morning at 254 pounds. It's going to be a 105゚ and I have a 12' deep sewer to replace. I'm curious to see where I am this evening.
14' deep sewer replacement. The service line ran under a power pole. Had to have the boys from Westar secure it to a tree to prevent a kick out.
We previously ran the YouTube video on flushing Mercury down a toilet. This week's ill-advised thing to flush down a toilet? Sodium metal chunks. We advise against flushing anything like this down the toilet. But, if you do, Plumb Crazy Kansas is always available to replace it.
Yes, it's a joke. You can't sit on a toilet like that...
Broke out the floor of a resturant because another plumbing co. called the health dept. To intimidate the cust into letting them do the work

Hm - two accounts running at once... I suppose I could get into long debates about Plumbing with myself now!
Meanwhile, don't mistake me for one of those spammers that setups up an account, adds 5,000 people after one Tweet, then spams like crazy!
