I'm Mike Joyce - Born and raised here in the cities. I went to St. Cloud State and the U of M before getting my plumbing license. I spent 8 years PLUMBING, camping and hiking in Salt Lake City before I moved back home in 2009. I have been working as a plumber for over 15 years - plenty of time to run into all kinds of plumbing repairs installs and appliance replacements. Everything from boilers for a new car wash, tankless water heater for the whole house, complete kitchen and bath remodels and New Construction - I feel very confident that I can diagnose your problem and get it fixed efficiently.
LABOR RATE to remove the existing faucet. Replace hot and cold shut off valves and water supply tubes with new high-quality parts. Install New faucet and accessories if applicable (sprayer, soap dispenser) check for leaks. LABOR RATE to Repair Kitchen/Bar faucet: dripping; loose placement; loose handle; sprayer; water temp; etc. LABOR RATE to remove old DW and install a customer supplied standard Dishwasher. Includes replacement of water shut off valve and water supply tube; connection to drain line; Leveling of DW; Startup and leak test.
LABOR RATE to remove existing faucet which can include removal of pedestal sink from wall to access the faucet. LABOR RATE to repair toilet: running; handle not working; needs new parts inside the tank; etc. LABOR RATE to Remove the existing toilet. Install Toilet supplied by the customer- Existing or new. Install of Toilet including new shut off valve, water supply tube, wax ring seal and bolts. Caulking seal around the base of the toilet. This applies to a toilet that is leaking at the base and needs to be re-set with a new wax seal.
John installed my new kitchen faucet and replaced the old shut off valves today. Great job at a fair price. My new go to plumbing company. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

I'm happy to say that we've found a new plumber! We had a leaky pipe with water all over the basement and I called My Plumber Inc. because of good reviews on Nextdoor. Mitch was able to make it a couple hours after I called. He was skilled, knowledgeable, and very personable. He finished the job (removing old pipe and lever and replacing with new) within an hour. He made sure everything was working well before he left. The charge was very reasonable, too. We will definitely call them again!
