Through the Roto-Rooter side of our company, we have the necessary equipment to help farmers attack multiple water and drainage issues year round. Due to exposure to extreme temperatures and weathering, along with constant use, barn lines are susceptible to faster aging and blockages. This is especially true for poorly insulated systems in Minnesota where the ground is often frozen. Because farms need reliable water flow and drainage, a failing system can be devastating. That's why we offer extensive services so your barn line issues can be resolved quickly.
We want to make every part of your experience with Rochester Plumbing & Heating as stress-free as possible! Part of that is providing you with a simple and secure payment option. Natural, pure water is an attractive idea, but unfortunately, glacial streams aren't flowing through our backyards. Most communities get their water from city reservoirs, or underground wells. While that water is filtered and potable, it often still contains minerals like iron, sulfur, magnesium, and calcium, resulting in hard water. Hard water can then cause unwanted scale buildup on fixtures and drains. Rochester Plumbing & Heating provides the quality water conditioning and water softener services in Rochester, MN, you need for soft, usable water in your home or business.
One of the earliest issues of indoor plumbing was keeping waste water from contaminating our drinking water. To remedy this problem, backflow prevention devices were developed and installed on all major water mains entering a building. Today, reliable backflow preventers are now installed in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. Without them, the water that comes out of your faucets and showers would not be safe for washing and bathing, let alone drinking. Backflow preventer installation and backflow testing is necessary for even the simplest plumbing system and is especially key in complex systems with multiple points where cross-contamination can occur.

Have you ever wished you could see what goes on inside your sewer and drain lines? Probably not, but we do! Seeing inside residential, commercial, and industrial lines and septic tanks is now possible with modern camera televising technology. Televising underground lines is an easy way to inspect a sewer in real time and assess its condition. At Rochester Plumbing & Heating/Roto-Rooter, we provide state-of-the-art sewer and drain televising services in addition to our comprehensive blockage removal and cleaning methods in Rochester, MN, and the surrounding communities.
Fixed the clogged drain we called about, then fixed an additional issue with our line without permission or quoting us. Initially grateful, but then the clog came back within months. We usually have to clean out our lines once every 1-2 years, not every 1-2 months. We were assured the second visit would be no charge, but they charged us a full service to fix again what should have been fixed the first time. Service manager didn't return 2 phone calls to discuss the issue. Poor communication and service from an otherwise probably great business, but I can't recommend them.
Curtious.effic ient.friendly and took care.of everything I asked for and more. Very grateful to all! I would call them again in a heartbeat! Best crew EVER!
I called RPH to get some advice/make an appointment for a tub faucet running rusty water. A gentleman named Wayne talked me through all my options and did a follow up phone call two days later. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from this company!
