Fennig Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1913 and continues today with 3rd generation owner Louie Fennig offering you a wide variety of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. We can start from the ground up with your new home, an addition to your existing home, remodeling an outdated bathroom or simply dress things up with a new faucet, toilet and sink. Louie is a Master Plumber with multiple certifications ensuring that he has the experience and knowledge to handle your project.

Fennig Plumbing and Heating is a family owned business 100+ years strong! Founded in 1913 when Charles Fennig, not wanting to "under take" his father's position, started his plumbing business in the basement of his father's shop: Fennig Funeral Home on 5th and Lincoln in Milwaukee. From 1915 to 1990 Fennig Plumbing was located on the corner of 13th and Lincoln on Milwaukee's southside. The business was moved in 1990 to its present location on 68th and Mitchell in West Allis with a home office in New Berlin.

We are able to service your plumbing needs from replacing, repairing faucetry, leaking pipes and toilets, installing water heaters and garbage disposals to new home construction and additions. The Rheem Water Heater is our water heater of choice. Participating in their Pro-Club, we are able to extend the typical 6-year warranty on your heater to a full 8 years. In the typical "split air conditioning system", refrigerant circulates between an indoor coil and a matching outdoor condenser with compressor. The refrigerant cools the air, dehumidifying it in the process; a blower circulates air through ducts throughout the house. This describes how much cooling the unit delivers for each watt of electricity. Efficiency is expressed as the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating, or SEER.
