Gas leaks are no laughing matter, and at JEM Plumbing we are prepared to handle any new line installation or repair as safely as possible. Our technicians are well equipped to handle any gas line situation with ease while adhering to the strict company guidelines for safety.
Installing, testing and servicing these devices must be done by an individual who holds a current Backflow License. Once installed, you must have it tested annually to ensure that it continues to work correctly. Just like a car, these devices have parts that wear out and need replaced. We currently have on staff several Technicians that hold the proper Licensure to Test and Certify Backflows. We can install, replace, test and service all sizes and types of Backflows.

We provide complete service from concrete removal, excavation and haul-away of debris to replacement of concrete, demo of drywall and removal of all debris.
JEM Plumbing will replace and install sanitary sewer lines from house to the street. One aspect that sets us apart from most contractors is that we can professionally make repairs from the inside through the foundation walls and footers, all the way out to connection at the street. We perform the excavating, hauling of materials to and from jobsites, saw cutting and removing of concrete and core drilling of the foundation wall or footer, all in house if needed. Our crew will also re-pour the concrete inside or patch the asphalt outside if necessary.

Our technicians handle your needs with efficiency and friendly service to get you back to having hot water again as soon as possible. For Residential applications, we install and repair A.O. Downspouts can often get plugged up or broken by both natural and unnatural occurrences in our environment. Using state of the art Camera and Location equipment, our technicians can find the source of the problem, be it roots, broken lines, or just a bad original installation job. After the problem is diagnosed, we can provide solutions to resolve the issues with localized repair or total replacement, by us in-house or provide a complete write up so you can obtain estimates from other contractors to make the necessary repairs.
JEM Plumbing has tested and tried many different sump pumps and we have narrowed our personally preferred pumps down to the JEM good, better, best approach. For our good sump pump system we offer the liberty 237 or 257, depending on your situation. For the better system we offer the Glentronics Pro Series pump system which comes with a more effective float switch and a caged vacuum receptacle. This pump also has an emergency alert controller which when plugged in, alerts you to any failure of the pump.
