He said that we needed to replace the ejector pump for $1,800 dollars. He thought we were stupid. We said no and he left and came back and said they it would cost $1,200. We rejected the deal. The whole thing cost $650. Thieves and very unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible customer service! We called this company on a Saturday at 1pm for a plumbing emergency where water was coming out from under our toilet and backing up in our shower drain. The dispatcher said a plumber would be at our place within an hour, but a few minutes later I got a call from the technician saying it would be between 60-90 minutes. I understood that it is a weekend and would be busy, so that was fine. However, an hour and a half passed and no one had arrived. I called the company to see if they were close, and they said they hadn't left the previous job yet. I wondered why they hadn't called to let us know it would be later than expected. bad customer service!
Unbelievable: I am an owner of Fox & Fox Property Management Inc. and I managed over 85 buidings, from Residential, Commercial and Condo Associations. I called this company on 10/24/17 to come to one of our residents because of a broken faucet in the bathroom, and a broken sprit outside of the residents house. This plumber name Bob, told me the plumbing was old and that he had to go to Home Depot, or a general hardware to find the part. He did locate the part which was $65.00. However, when he completed the job just for a replacing a broken 1/ 2 inch silcock that was stripped and install a new silcock and replaced shower handle and stem on 1st floor for tub shower faucet, the bill was a ridiculous price of $880.00. I was outraged, however, before giving me the bill he had quoted me a different price. When I asked him what did he do build a new shower in a few hours, he stated that amount also including his traveling time. This was a rip off. But, I paid his ridiculous price because of my integrity as a well known company. I will never ever, use this company for any of my buildings again. I spoke with several plumbers that stated this was a rip off, which I knew it anyway from dealing with several respected other companies. I am very disaapointed with this company, what this company fell to realize is that words spread fast in this business and can make you or break you.(Shaking my head).
