Final product is good. However, there were issues with communication and follow through with requests. Very long wait list for job to get done. First installer was professional and friendly. Second part of install is primarily where my issue lies. No notice of when it would take place, even after request. Installer (different than above), entered my enclosed yard without notice or permission. Pretty sure they removed my existing gate (not installed by them) door to enter. Was not consulted by this second installer to ensure satisfaction.
Don't bother calling for a quote if you're from Fall River. Our money must not be good enough. I'm exactly 21 minutes away and it's "too far" for them. Hrmm.

They were prompt, courteous and even put the dirt from the pole installation in an area of the yard that I needed to even out. It was great customer service, which I don't find a lot of anymore.
