We hired Complete Plumbing Services for 2 things. They replaced my garbage disposer and did some work on our bathroom. They were prompt, I was pleased with the quality of the work, and I thought their prices were very reasonable. With over 13 years serving Central Iowa's plumbing needs, and more than 25 years experience each, we're proud to say Jeff Garton, Shannon Sinnott and Mark Wheeler have seen it all. From routine maintenance to burst pipes, we're here to help with confidence, skill, integrity and professionalism.
We have been in business for 13 years and Jeff and Shannon (both master plumbers), and Mark (Journeyman) each have over 24 years experience and have built a reputation in central Iowa for professionalism, reliability, and integrity. Family owned means you get personal service from the company who cares. We are local, we are your neighbor, we'll take care of you. We charge by the hour, not the job, but are happy to provide free estimates for larger jobs. Either way, you can count on us to be upfront.
If any product we provide and install doesn't work properly, we will replace it or fix it free of charge in the first year. Within reason of course. If you try to grind rocks in your garbage disposal, or if you take a hammer to your water heater, or your child flushes his stuffed toy down the toilet, obviously that doesn't count.
The road to becoming a plumber typically consists of three major steps. Aspiring plumbers start as apprentices and advance to journeymen after attaining the state-mandated years of on-the-job experience. In Iowa, this involves classroom study, and then 2000 hours of experience for 4 consecutive years. To maintain the master plumber designation, we have to take ongoing continuing education.
