Southwest Plumbing has been in the same location for 35 years. Tom Watson, President and Paul Roache, Vice President have both been with the company since the beginning. Both principals are native Miamians and have deep roots personally and professionally in South Florida. Both are state licensed Plumbing Contractors. Each has decades of local South Florida experience in all phases of new construction and repair plumbing. Our current main office and warehouse facility was built in 1994 after Hurricane Andrew destroyed our original location 2 blocks away.

Southwest Plumbing has been designing and installing complete plumbing systems in businesses for 35 years. Customers include some of the nation's largest developers and quality general contractors. We have installed plumbing in numerous large condominium/apartment developments, mid rises, hotels, schools, churches, restaurants, institutional and medical properties throughout South Florida. Management, office and field staff has vast experience in all phases of commercial construction. We are licensed plumbers, LP, natural, and medical gas certified.

We specialize in meeting the needs of our commercial customers. Our technicians are fully trained and experienced in commercial water heating installation. We sell and install a complete commercial line of gas and electric water heaters for apartment buildings, multi-family developments, motels, hotels, hospitals, convalescent homes, laundromats, car washes, schools, health clubs and industrial buildings.
