I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit at my Fairfax, Virginia home which required me to contact an AC repair company. I called a few companies, but landed on AA Rapid Plumming, Air Condition, and Heating for support. It was a Sunday, my family had finally had enough of our not having cold air within our home, and we needed a company to come out and replace our AC fan motor.
Within an hour of my speaking with Carlos at AA Rapid, Cesar was assigned to come out to my home to diagnose and resolve the issue. Hail to Cesar! He was (and is) a true pro! He was on time, thoughtful, answered all my questions, and even explained what I might need to consider in the future. In truth, I chose them because they were available on a Sunday.

While visiting my parents in Oakton, VA, we encountered a serious issue with their air conditioning system. On the second day of my visit, the air conditioning started blowing hot air through the air grills, making the house extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately, my parents neighbor recommended AA Rapid Plumbing and HVAC and provided their contact information.
Despite it being 5 AM, we called their emergency line, and their technician, Cesar, arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the emergency as a faulty contactor in the outside air conditioning unit. Cesar replaced the contactor efficiently, and soon after, the air conditioning system kicked back on, and the air grills began blowing cold air again. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly reliable.

I recently had an outstanding experience with AA Rapid Plumbing and HVAC. Our air conditioning stopped working late in the evening, and the house quickly became unbearably hot. These guys are great! My AC got busted on a summer weekend, during a heat wave. I called them on Sunday morning and they promptly dispatched their technician, Cesar, to my house. Only three hours after the call, and the AC was pumping cold air again. Cesar did not only identified the problem, but ran a quick inspection of the unit and identified a potential concern, that would cost me more if left unattended right away (and was probably the root cause of the current failure).
In the end, despite the invoice to be a bit over from what I expected, I clearly saved in the long run, got my cool air back fast, and received quality service with a warranty for the performed work. The sticker with their phone number will be sitting on my AC from now on!

I had 2 different companies promise appointments only to cancel them because of "emergencies". I have MS. A cool house for me is an emergency. I can not afford to be jerked around. Cesar & the company kept in touch with me. When they came out to our residence in Fairfax Station, they checked & did the maintenance on the 3 air conditioner systems & helped with a maintenance item I am unable to do myself anymore because I am wheelchair bound.
I greatly appreciate them showing up as promised. It is truly sad when the mere fact of showing up becomes a huge plus because some companies would rather go where they hope to sell a new system. My warranty company used United Air Temp as the vendor to handle my plumbing situation, but due to the companys horrific customer service and failure to address the issue, I called AA Rapid Plumbing. Great experience! Cesar was such a nice dude, and explained everything he was doing so I could learn as a new homeowner. The appointment took a long time because of the nature of the issue, but he was so friendly, that it was fun to just spend an afternoon hanging out with him. He got my AC working on a hot day, and was able to find a very obscure part for my leaking bathtub faucet which saved me a ton of money.
My only gripe was that they were a little late to show up and the communication before he got here was a little lacking to let me know he was running late, but it ended up working out. Will definitely use these guys again!

Received a call in the morning, as promised, that a technician would be arriving within the hour. Paulo arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of our AC unit. Thank you to AA Rapid and Caesar for fixing our AC on this rainy, humid Saturday evening. The dispatcher suggested we pay the extra $50 to have it serviced on Saturday since they were booked on Monday. We had air circulating but it was not cool so we chose not to wait knowing more hot, humid weather was coming. Caesar replaced our evaporator fan and capacitor after finding water in the fan motor (the last technician apparently left a drain cap on so the water could not drain out). Caesar and my husband had a good time diagnosing the problem (and talking about a lot of other things).
The water probably shorted out our fan motor and blew (literally) the capacitor. Caesar freely discussed the current problem and other issues with our aging AC. We appreciated that he was constantly working and his candidness.

Excellent fast service! I had a massive leak and was having difficulty finding a plumber. Not only did they walk me through turning off the water they responded on scene faster then any other plumber called me back. I highly recommend AA Rapid plumbing.

This is the second time that I have used this company. One time for my own home, and second time for my rental. Both times they have come in the window that the operator has offered. The technician was very friendly and tried to help me understand what he was doing. Most technicians are sneaky and give me a bad vibe - AA Rapid has been the best HVAC contractor I've worked with. The day before a snowstorm was predicted the main water cut-off valve in my townhouse started leaking (a lot). It was late morning when I called AA Rapid Plumbing with my issue. The staff on the phone were great and were able to re-arrange the schedule so that they could send me a plumber by 14:30 hrs. The plumber (Caesar) came on time and was extremely professional, while also helping to reduce my stress level.
After the utility was able to cut off the water from the street, Caesar went right to work. He made, and tested, the repair in less than an hour. Everything was explained to me in clear and accurate terms before any work was done. I am more than satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of AA Rapid, and would happily recommend them.

Our AC stopped working one of the hottest days of the year. Cesar came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part quickly, and gave me pointers for improving the system's efficiency. He was friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend him and the company highly.

The contractor did a nice job in fixing my leaking shower faucet in time. The estimate was reasonable. And the most important part is that they are very flexible in that their service is available on the weekends. This means I don't need to take a day off from work. If you can no longer wait for strong leak on your faucet and you need to get it done asap, I highly recommend AA Rapid.

Great Service! Had a broken PVC pipe (may have been my fault). Luckily I was able to get the water turned off before too much damage occurred. I called around 730 pm for an after hours fix and they dispatched a technician that was very friendly and helpful. He even gave me some tips on moving forward with the bathroom reno to ensure future issues are avoided. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Cesar is great. He is very professional, gets the job done quickly and cleanly. We have had two major plumbing projects in our 1950s house and have used AA Rapid and Cesar for both. In the first project, he worked with us finding a solution because we didn't want to drill into the foundation. And when we asked about using 3 inch pipe so that it could be added to in the future he was accommodating. We highly recommend AA Rapid.

Great friendly service. I called them on Sunday to come out on Monday morning and they had no problem with that. Guys that came were extremely nice and did a great job at a reasonable price. They even replaced a bulb that is on a very high part of my ceiling which I could not reach; no extra charge, no hesitation, not even a blink. I will be recommending them for all plumbing needs and will definitely be calling them to try their HVAC services next time I am in need.
