Woody and his team are awesome. They installed my gas hot water heater and service it every year and are always friendly and professional. Knowing I am nervous about gas, they recently came out to check the water heater when I thought I smelled something. Everything was fine but they took the time to give me piece of mind and did not even charge me for the trip. I highly recommend Wilmington Plumbing!

There was a problem with the first toilet install, but when I called them about it, they were here the first thing the next morning and fixed everything beautifully. That kind of responsiveness is great to see!

Put in a request through Homeadvisor and got a call within minutes (mind you it was July 4th) and I got a call and scheduled someone to come out the next day. I was told a time and they were here promptly, did the job, very well and quickly and I got charged a fair price. I d definitely use them again.

Had no hot water, they came out next day and fixed my old water heater without having to replace the entire unit. They walked me through every step and made sure we worked together toward the solution and they fixed it quickly and efficiently.
