Recently, our Heating and Air Conditioning team has introduced our customers to the Flat Rate pricing system. After years of performing service work and charging Time and Material, we decided that flat rate was what most customers were looking for - an up-front price, before the work is completed. Change can be difficult (especially when you've been doing it the same way for over 90 years!) We are very proud of our HVAC team for taking on this challenge. Time and material billing simply refers to charging customers for the actual labor hours, parts, materials, equipment, etc.
