The Suffolk County Association of Master Plumbers was formed in 1925 by a group of local plumbing contractors that wished to enhance the plumbing industry on Long Island. Originally a Huntington group it quickly grew to be a county wide association. Today our members still try to achieve the goals of our founders. Associate membership is available for representatives of any industry that can help us achieve our goals.
Most of our members own and operate their business. Our membership also includes plumbing inspectors, utility company executives, plumbing supply house and product reps, as well as members of various town plumbing boards. The most important part of our meetings is the life long friendships that are formed between our members.
