Disputed a bill b/c it contained charges for services not performed. 2 weeks later, Downes Tree Service insists on meeting to "clarify" the work done. The work was never performed. Have provided picture as proof. No response. Why the insistence on meeting and wasting customer's time? As a 10+ year customer, I strongly recommend against using Downes Tree Service for your needs. It is no longer the company it once was.
The best! We have been using their service for the last 15 years or so to trim trees, remove a fallen tree, topsoil, and even firewood. Always friendly and professional and that's why we call them whenever we need tree work done. 5 Stars!
