At The Kitchen Company, we want you to love the space you live in - because life happens at home. Let's work together on a kitchen design that lives up to your home's potential, one that reflects your style, fits your functional needs, meets your budget, and is designed for your life. Whether you dream of intimate gatherings, vibrant family celebrations or a quiet space for solitary mornings, The Kitchen Company can help you bring your vision home. Our expert kitchen designers have helped Connecticut families look beyond the obvious and explore the kitchen renovation possibilities for more than six decades.
How we do that is only part of the story. Why we do it - the reason we're so committed to quality, honesty, integrity and total client satisfaction - is rooted in our company's history. The Kitchen Company was founded in 1953 when A. John Fecke, a sales rep for Republic Steel and a veteran of both WWII and the Korean War, recognized the growing demands of the post-war housing market. Fecke (father to current owners/designers John Fecke and Gail Bolling) began selling premade kitchen cabinetry wholesale to builders from a warehouse on Old Broadway in North Haven.
At The Kitchen Company we are very selective about the products and companies we choose to represent. We think you'll agree that our array of kitchen cabinets and other products will allow us to create your dream kitchen custom tailored to fit your budget and designed for life.
Gail was an professional and an absolute joy to work with. Instantly she understood what I wanted to do. She was on top of all the people who remodeled my kitchen and was a stickler for perfection. I never had to worry. I absolutely love my new kitchen and laundry room. I would highly recommend Gail and The Kitchen Company.
We worked with Gail Bolling from The Kitchen Company to transform our dining room into an eat in kitchen. She was essential in guiding us through the process and helping us make decisions that ultimately led to a gorgeous room. She respected our budget, was professional and personal. The contractor she had working with us was fantastic as well. This kind of project could have been stressful, but we were so well taken care of, we never did feel that way. From start to finish, working with The Kitchen Company was a great experience and we are so happy with our end result!
I highly recommend working with Gail at The Kitchen Company. We have renovated two kitchens with her and her attention to detail and great design sense are incredible. We found her ideas on all aspects of design, including appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash, resulted in a beautiful, timeless, white kitchen with warmth and style.
