Founded in 1957, we are the oldest continual provider of ready-mixed concrete in Plaquemines Parish. We have convenient locations in Belle Chasse and Nairn. Nairn Concrete Services, Inc. in Belle Chasse, LA is a privately owned company located in Plaquemines Parish since 1957. The original plant in Nairn, La., was opened by Spiro and Peggy Pavlovich. Their son, David Pavlovich, took over the family business in the '80s. He expanded the business in 1995 with the acquisition of Drake Concrete, a twin batch-plant operation in Belle Chasse, La. In 2012, the Nairn plant was replaced, and the Command Alkon Eagle Batch and Command Alkon Integra Systems were installed at our Nairn and Belle Chasse sites.
