Last year with the rain, we noticed how damaged and dated our windows were. We spoke with Kevin, who inspected our windows, walked us through their quote, and installation process. Really good experience working with Coughlin from quotes to project completion. Nate was responsive and professional during the sales process and no pushy sales tactics. The installation team was fast; they installed 33 windows in just 1.5 days. They also kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up each area as they went. Our house is now noticeably quieter and more temperate. Good quality work for a reasonable price!

im a new homeowner and got several quotes but coughlin had the best customer service AND the quickest turn-around time AND the best price! they were super responsive and helpful when i needed to get HOA approval. my house feels so much more vibrant and comfortable now especially as the weather heats up in san diego!

We had a full house of windows installed by Coughlin in early April. Here's what was great about them:
The quote:
Jared Bass came out a year before we ended up actually buying and installing windows to give us a quote. Some of the other companies that we got quotes from (or tried to get quotes from) played a bunch of games like, "you AND your husband have to be there for us to give you a quote", or, "you have to buy right now to get a special discount" Jared was very friendly but neither he or the company scheduler put any pressure on us. We ended up needing to get our foundation fixed before we put in windows so a year later I followed up with Jared and asked him to come out again to update the quote with current prices, which he did! We ordered right away and the project manager Steve scheduled our windows to be put in just a little over a month later.
The install:
Paulie and Juan showed up on time and spent two quick days getting the windows in. They were friendly, quiet and worked very fast. The windows look and work great! We've been using them for almost two months and they're super smooth.
I would definitely recommend Coughlin to anyone looking for new windows and I really appreciate the professionalism and no pressure experience they provided.

Other companies could follow the example of how Coughlin Windows does business. My first call to the company was answered by a friendly, professional, young woman who answered all my questions and scheduled a free estimate in our new home. The young man who arrived to measure and provide the quote was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. No surprise that the installers of our new window and doggie door panel were also efficient and conscientious the entire time they were in our home.
It is obvious that each individual I came in contact with from Coughlin Windows is an asset to the company and takes a great deal of pride in their job.

Honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I would. Blown away from my experience with Jared. So we just moved into a new home that has 50 plus windows, and some of them are fogging and just seem run down. We contacted a couple companies, who came, reviewed our windows and recommended replacing. Once we received the quotes, a bit of sticker shock ensued.
Now when Jared came, his first thought immediately was why are you replacing the windows?? It was obvious that yes, some windows needed repair or attention, but replacing everything with vinyl when we already have vinyl? Absolutely unnecessary right now. He then proceeded to really explain what was going on with the windows and recommended us to a window repair guy. Throughout the process, he was a friendly and professional as you can get.
So yeah, my experience with Coughlin and Jared was fantastic and you know who I will eventually call first when we are ready to actually replace.

Jared came to give us a quote and was super friendly. I never felt pressured to add more services or that I had to go with Coughlin. I asked him to check out a few additional windows and he actually said they didn't have to be replaced if I didn't want to.
The windows were measured a second time to confirm the sizes. We had 5 windows installed in one day. They look so beautiful that it makes all our old windows look terrible. I definitely will be getting more windows replaced in the future.
