After installing exterior drain tile I still had a damp basement. Interior drain tile was installed and the problem is still the same if not worse. Now communications appear to have completely broken down. $12000 down the drain, I strongly advice all to steer clear and look elsewhere for basement work, local GC can do this work and for much cheaper.
