The company's name is derived from Northfield, MN home to St. Olaf and Carleton Colleges. In the early 90's Don passed on the company to his 3 sons Darin, David and Dale. Today, based in Lakeville, MN CCDB remains one of the most respected and longstanding design build remodeling and new home companies in Minnesota.
