Creative Lighting was founded by my grandfather in 1926. My Brother and I took over the business from our father in 1983. After over 80 years in the business we have an understanding of the lighting field that many people, especially those in a superstore just don't have. Lighting is a great way to breathe new life into your home. Went to Creative Light because of their reputation. Ordered 2 light from them totaling over $1100. One was perfect and what was advertised. The other light from Maxim was advertised with crystal accents, when received it was glass accents not CRYSTALS! Tried to work with customer service there. They did do some research on issue but when ask for response back on what could be done or how resolve the issue. Never received response back. Now have a call In to Owner! Very frustrating! Update as of 9/20/18 : Micheal the owner has worked with me and have come to agreement with the Manufacturer of my light! I appreciate Micheal stepping up and fighting for me the customer. That is keeping with the reputation of Creative Light! Still give it a 3 just because the light was not what was expected.
Excellent customer service. David took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure that the several lights I purchased all worked well together. I would recommend anyone who wants quality lighting with personalized service use Creative Lighting!
