First off, Jeremy would love to meet with you to discuss any questions on the construction of the new home along with the preferred style you would want like single or two-story, type of siding, roof material, etc. Then after Jeremy gets familiar with what style of home you would want then he would discuss the pricing per foot. Secondly, either provide Jeremy with a floor plan that you have already in hand during the first meeting or if you don't have floor plans and you would want to discuss it with a draftsman to help you draw one up, we can recommend one.
