We were very happy with the response time and service of this company as they helped us restore our flooded basement after our sump pump broke. The process was seamless from carpet removal to equipment placement, dumpster delivery and removal, and really helped us remove heavier items from the basement to the dumpster. Owner Lou told me to f*** off when I called to check the status of a job he was supposed to complete. He was supposed to replace a window in October and its now January. In 2 and a half months no word on the window. He cussed me out and then hung up. Unbelievable and pathetic.
