Benchmark Aluminum was the company that my builder uses for construction of pool cages. While they do very nice work on the first outing, customer service down the road is something less. We have had them out 3 times for the same screen where the spline keeps coming out. Now it's the fourth time and I can't get them out to fix again. Called them and all I'm told is that I will be called back, doesn't happen. Was told I would be put on the schedule, but when? Now I know that because of Irma thing are busy, however I am feeling that my repair work is not bringing in the money so warranty work can wait while they can do larger jobs and bring in the big money. Spoke with one person and was told that had some issues with this happening and so they now have a larger spline. WHAT ABOUT MY JOB, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE OUT TO FIX THIS! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE SEPTEMBER 13th. HELP!
Benchmark is awesome! Just had a pool installed and Benchmark performed the lanai cage and addition to our enclosed lanai and have done a great job. They changed the design once they were there and it made it look great. They were always looking at how things would flow from the pool to the enclosed lanai and changed things on the fly. They are quick to respond if there were issuses, which most of them were due to improper paver instillation. Benchmark is always courteous and Johnny on the spot.
