Consolidated Reinforcement

Our Geotechnical Department works hand-in-hand with our Structural Engineering Department. Engineers closely monitor the entire process, and all testing is done to their specifications. This cooperation ensures accurate, conclusive foundation designs and the best lead times possible anywhere. Because we own and staff our own geotechnical drilling equipment, we can tailor subsurface explorations to your specific needs. We provide foundation and pavement parameters that are accurate to on-site soil conditions, and drilling and sampling are done in accordance with ASTM International standards.

All our designs for conventional reinforcement and post-tension slab-on-grade foundations meet design criteria of the Building Research Advisory Board (BRAB) and the Post-Tension Institute (PTI). Our engineers can provide designs for wind bracing (sheathing), tall walls, structural framing, retaining walls and shop drawings. We deliver cohesive structural plans that cover your project from soil to roof. We work with owners, architects and other consultants to create designs that are well drawn and cost-effective.

In addition to day-to-day residential builds, we have extensive experience with all kinds of commercial projects. Our engineers and draftsmen can handle expansive multi-story buildings and more intricate personal designs. Because so many of our services are handled in-house at CRI, we're able to quickly move supplies and crews where needed anywhere in the state.
