The team who worked both inside and outside my home were a pleasure to deal with. They showed great support for each other and worked seamlessly together. The basement was completely transformed from what I once considered a subpar setup to a modern and state-of-the-art system. I have no hesitation in including it on a home tour when friends come to visit, and I feel confident knowing that the system will function flawlessly for years to come, thanks to its automatic email alerts. Despite the cost, the system is worth every penny, as the peace of mind it provides is invaluable.

We initially called Kinetic for an estimate on new sump system after recent basement flooding. Greg showed up right after another big rain and had additional flooding which actually killed or existing sump. Greg returned later that day and installed a new sump and connections as well as dehumidifier to dry things out. We ended up with full basement waterproofing system installed with double pumps, grate drains and vapor barrier. Greg and Nicole as well as install team went out of their way to for us in the schedule, stabilize our issues and completed the job in timely manner and very neatly and professionally. Our basement is now dry and we can reclaim our space. Can't recommend Kinetic enough and highly recommend.

I have gotten water in my basement for 17 years after a hard or long rain. At times I have been in tears over the clean up and disruption to handle the water. I called three basement solution companies. Kinetic was the ONLY one who got back to me. Nicole was wonderful! Very nice and professional and very responsive. They got me on the schedule very quickly came out and did the topsoil grading and put in a thing that leads the water away from the house.
They were quick and efficient. I am so happy that they solved this problem for $1000.00. I was so afraid it would cost 6000 to 8000 to fix and they would have to dig etc. into my lawn or worse. Wish I knew sooner I could fix this issue so easily and affordably. Thank you Kinetic and staff for coming to my rescue and doing such a great job! I highly recommend!

I recently had some water issues in my basement, Greg and his crew did a fantastic job not only solving the problem but getting the work done in a timely manor. Kinetic basement was very professional and not pushy at all, which was a huge relief. Pricing was fair and the work completed was done extremely well. If you have any water issue's please don't waste your time calling anyone else.
Water was gushing into our basement a few weeks ago. We got many estimates and decided to go with Greg and Jason of Kinetic Basement Solutions. They did a great job and we are pleased with the end result. We just had an exceptionally rainy week and the basement is perfectly dry! Greg and Jason are honest and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My family was having issues with dampness and odors in our basement. We contacted Kinetic Basement Solutions to see what they could do to help fix this issue. The owners and employees were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They installed a Wise Air 90 dehumidifier. Copied and pasted from original review on Kinetic's homepage: Greg and his team have done two separate projects for me in the past year and a half. Both times they were EXTREMELY conscious of their cleanliness and professionalism when it came to the care of our home. I've worked with other companies before with various projects done in a few different houses and by far Kinetic is the best.
The scope of work was explained fully, with multiple different options depending on our goals, and communication was open throughout the process. Even when the timetables shifted due to weather or personnel shortages I was kept in the loop daily as to what work would be completed for that day and when we could expect the project to wrap. I had 2 sump pumps, french drain, vapor barrier, egress window, exterior regrading, and a dehumidifier installed and each day the house was clean as a whistle when the crew left. I would recommend Kinetic to anyone looking to have work done.
