We can install 15 gallon, 24 box, and 36″ box trees. Our service includes the selection of a quality specimen at the nursery, delivery, installation, and staking, if needed. Our trees are guaranteed for one year as long as they are receiving proper care during that year. At Traverso Tree Service, the safety of our customers, crew, family, and friends, is of the utmost importance to us.
Our largest stump grinder is used primarily for front yard stumps or wider access areas. We have smaller stump grinders that can fit through a typical back yard gate. We also have a hand held stump grinder that can get to those tough access stumps located in tight areas. Our estimator can determine which machine is appropriate for your job. When finished grinding out the stump, we typically back fill the void with the grindings. The resulting mulch can be used as a top dressing around existing plants to keep down weeds and retain moisture.
We have a high pressure soil injection fertilizer rig that we can use to apply the appropriate nutrients to help your trees perform well. Fertilization is another important aspect of mature tree care. Trees require certain nutrients to function and grow. Urban landscape trees can be growing in soils that do not contain sufficient available nutrients for satisfactory growth and development. In these situations, it may be necessary to fertilize to improve plant vigor. Fertilizing a tree can improve growth; however, if fertilizer is not applied wisely, it may not benefit the tree at all and may even adversely affect the tree.
