Thanks for installing our floor insulation. Since the installation, we have noticed that the floors are warmer and outside noises are not as loud. The most interesting difference, however, is that we no longer get smoke in our house when our neighbor uses his chimea.

OK, let's stir up a little controversy here. Rigid fiberglass ductboard is used in a lot of houses. Sometimes it fails badly, as below when that supply trunk was dumping lots of conditioned air into the attic. Do you love it or hate it? Is it completely irredeemable? Or does it have appropriate uses?
