Jans Corporation has extensive experience with construction management projects. We offer management and counseling services for your building project through either an Agency or At-Risk contract. In an "Agency" arrangement, we manage the project, but the owner is responsible for maintaining the sub-contracts. In an "At-Risk" arrangement, we hold all the sub-contracts under our contract with the owner. We assist in review of preliminary plans and specifications and provide accurate cost comparisons for alternate methods or products.
Jans Corporation is a full service general contractor serving South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska since 1982. We self-perform steel and precast erection, concrete work, rough carpentry and finish carpentry. All other trades are carefully selected from a group of subcontractors that meet our industry's highest standards of quality, safety and performance.
