2nd Wind has a team of Comfort Advisors to help you make the right choice for you and your family. Our team is trained in the latest technologies to make sure you get the correct system built for your home. After you make a decision, our experienced installation crews will install your new system, ductwork, zone system, indoor air quality product, water heater, or backup generator. Once the installation is completed, it will be inspected by one of our highly trained quality inspection technicians and by local municipal inspectors to ensure everything meets code.
2nd Wind provides superior service on all brands of central heating and air conditioning products. Our service technicians have the ability to service and repair natural gas, propane, electric, and heat pump systems as well as generators. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote a flat rate for the needed repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on regional averages, that take into account the labor and the parts required to repair the system. We have found that our customers are much more comfortable with this, than with the open-ended time and materials method used by many of our competitors.
