We recently acquired laminate flooring from this company, and the entire process was seamless. Amanda was exceptional - polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unlike some salespeople who may deceive or push unnecessary upgrades, I never had that feeling here. The team is upfront and honest. They not only met but exceeded my expectations! Should we require flooring in the future, we will definitely return. I highly recommend this company! Additionally, they offer a "cash-n-carry" option for those who wish to install the flooring themselves, or they have skilled installers on staff. Their range is impressive, and they can even order flooring to match your existing setup. Opting for self-installation, we were given the chance to inspect the boxes for any damage before leaving. Our floor turned out beautifully!

Ashley Cain is the winner here. Super friendly, has a great positive attitude about the flooring available. Helped with costs and installation timing. Highly recommend this company over Home Depot.
However, the floor we got is not what it was represented as, the flooring is chipping from normal everyday use, it's buckling in places where concrete leveling agent was supposed to be used.
Everyday mopping, vacuuming, and walking makes the floor shift, it also does has wider seams than shown on the sample.
Not to mention their installation team ruined the decorated framing and baseboards in our home. They told us "We can't caulk it because it will put the warranty out". Great so now what would you like us to do with all the damage left by your team of "professionals"?

Last year, I had new carpet installed in my home by A & D Carpets and Hardwoods. Rhyman and Paul were the professionals assigned to the job, and they exceeded my expectations. They meticulously moved all the furniture out of each room, including a substantial amount from the bedrooms. Once the carpet was perfectly installed, they returned every piece of furniture to its original place with precision. Their respectful, kind, and professional demeanor made the entire process seamless.
