As times get tough, some companies take the easy route when it comes to duct cleaning. But while those companies cut corners, we continue to provide high-quality work-consistently. Alan was amazing to work with and he was here in less than an hour of our call after hours in the rain! He gave us a diagnostic of our system, a quote on a repair and for a new system so we had options. It was nice to have a service tech who was up front and honest with us and didn't treat us like a number or a paycheck.

We have been a customer of Reliable Air since 2009 and will not use any other company. They are friendly and customer-oriented and will work on an issue until it is resolved to your satisfaction. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Our technician is Toby and he is very thorough and follows through on his work. Our neighbors recommended Reliable Air after we discovered we needed a new AC system. Called and scheduled an appointment. They called back and came earlier than originally scheduled. Toby IDed our current system and presented our options and discounts. His price was better than what our past maintenance contractor had offered and it comes with a 10 year parts & labor warranty and a 3 year maintenance contract. They will install new heat pump system tomorrow. Edgar and Reliable Air were quick to respond to my service call and Edgar was very knowledgable, professional and easily explained the repairs needed to my AC unit.

Our A/C went out late afternoon. I called after hours and received the answering service. I gave them my information fully expecting a call the next day. 5 minutes later Glen called and said he'd be out there after 6 which was 40 miles and 40 minutes away. He showed up on time, fixed the problem and went on his way. Perfect service. These guys have always been professionals in every way. I'm a committed customer.
