Recently had our winter maintenance check-up. Ethan provided Great, courteous, & timely customer service. While there I inquired about our hot water heater. I was surprised to find out that they install them.
Contacted the office & scheduled installation of a new hot water heater. Ethan was back that afternoon to install. He is very knowledgeable & very professional. Glad to have our yearly hvac maintenance service with them! Keep up the good work Ethan!!

We lost air conditioning yesterday morning. Travis came out, determined we had a major problem instead of the thermostat problem we thought we had, and worked hard to find us a new unit in Bham. The Jolly team he was able to pull together got our AC replaced and back on. After spending hours here, he was off to help another customer. We are hugely grateful to Jolly for hiring capable and professional technicians like Travis Carden and the team he was able to summon to our rescue.

I had 2 techs come out and look at my ac do to contactor not pulling in they helped to determine the defrost control board and factory wire messed up! they were on time great customer service and care I would recommend them to anyone they do great work!

Tyler and Carson just installed our gas logs. They did a great job-so professional and pleasant! They also cleaned up everything so you would never know they had been here! Angel and Maddie Brook were also fabulous to work with in the showroom!!! We will definitely use them again!!

Our semi-annual maintenance was this morning. We appreciate getting an email including a photo before the technician arrives. Chris was here before 8am, introduced himself, and got to work on our units. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We learned that we know his brother and his father. We are always pleased to have one of their family members do our maintenance. We have been Jolly customers since the company was founded. Thanks for keeping our home comfortable.

It was time for maintenance on my unit and the technician was scheduled to come between 1 and 4 but he called and said he could come earlier. (He came about 11) The technician was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and went about his work. The technician was very thorough in doing his job. Explained that the unit's capacitor was going out and asked if I wanted him to replace it which I did. Everything was working great when the tech finished. I highly recommend Jolly for all your heating and cooling needs.

Came out the same day of my call. Very thorough and honest. Tyler St. John and his assistant were awesome! Very honest and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my A/C unit and thermostat and teach me how to use the new thermostat. I love it! I can program and monitor it from my phone! I was apprehensive about the new technology but was pleasantly surprised!
