Zerorez specializes in restoring rugs. We have two methods for cleaning area rugs, the first is an in-home cleaning which cleans the surface of the rug. We also offer a bathing process at our location, which cleans all the way through the rug. Traditional methods simply mask remaining odors by spreading perfumes, oils or other odor masking agents, offering only temporary results. They do this because they do not have a permanent solution for cleaning and eliminating odors. In some cases our normal carpet cleaning process may be all that is needed. In more severe cases, the urine sometimes soaks through the carpet backing into the padding and floor beneath.
