We hired Carnvial to completely remove the popcorn ceiling throughout our newly purchased 2940sq ft home. The home had tall vaulted ceilings in three areas. Brad Hale contacted me after I used Home Advisor to find a contractor. Brad came out and gave us a prompt quote which was well within lines of a couple other quotes we had gotten. Brad was professional, courteous and pleasant in all our dealings. As for the work, we had them do the work before moving in, and it was projected to take 5 days. His crew was very efficient and actually completed the job a full day early. There was a minor issue with the clean up, which Brad immediately addressed and had them come back out the same day to finish clean up. No job is without minor issues, so I mention this not to draw attention to the minor issue, but to highlight that the problem was immediately addressed and resolved to our satisfaction; the sign of a good business. We were very pleased with the results throughout the house, the ceilings look amazing and it was well worth the money! We also had Carnival paint the common area ceilings at our old house to resolve a bad paint match and a bad drywall patch. We were very pleased with the results as well! Highly recommend Carnival Custom Painting! We will be using them again when we decide on interior paint scheme for our vaulted rooms.
