We’ve had McChesney come out to the house we just purchased twice now to install some outlets and fix the AC connection. Chris was friendly, helpful, and flexible - pointed out some potential issues with the AC unit then stuck around to install an outlet on our porch. Highly recommend and will use again!

Absolutely amazing experience. Would highly recommend. A storm caused a tree to fall on my roof. Because the tree damaged the electrical riser attached to my house, DTE said it was my responsibility to fix. Worse yet, the damage posed a potential fire hazard requiring immediate attention. It was after 3 p.m., on a Friday, of a long holiday weekend. After a dozen failed attempts, I called McChesney. Jane who took my call said she would get someone out there asap. Within the hour, the owner, Bob McChesney came to inspect the damage and determine what was needed. His crew showed up shortly thereafter. They did a great job and were very professional. I will be a customer for life.

Very pleased with service. Came out on a Saturday evening after all the lights in my house were flickering. Assessed outside and inside causes. Told me what was going on, and proceeded to fix. No more flickering lights! Also, very professional serviceman. Highly recommend!
