Sue was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone. She FaceTimed me so I didn't have to go to the office (will this pandemic ever end!?) and answered all of my questions. Brian came to measure the windows and took care of the contract details and took the time to explain everything. He kept me informed about the order until Stephanie was able to schedule our installation. Ronald and his crew arrived on time, wore masks every time they came in the house and cleaned up everything. And the work is gorgeous!
