Tim came to our home today to do our quarterly cleaning and we wanted to let you know that he was amazing. He went above and beyond in relation to our pets, he even made sure to empty the outside water bowl when spraying, he was extremely thorough, he discussed any pest issues we are having and then took time to explain why and what we could do, and after all he provided superior customer service. Your team is always great, on time, streamlined, expeditious, and pleasant no matter what, but Tim made a mundane and routine thing engaging and enjoyable.

James is extremely professional and courteous. Attention to detail and really noticed little things, like making sure he removed and reapplied his shoe covers when coming in and out of the house. He even came out a second time on our request and was extremely understanding and kind. He did a great job and we would welcome him back.

Zach was very professional and knowledgable. Zach was able to answer difficult questions regarding the different insects in my backyard. I have had no bad experiences with this company at all. I do not call often, but the same lady always answers and she is has always been very polite and does not make me feel like I am a burden by calling for extra service. I have been with Romney since 2009. They are very reasonably priced and staff is always courteous and asks if I need service inside as well. When I have had unexpected insect issues they have been very responsive and immediately sent someone out. My latest unscheduled service was by tech "Big Rudy". He was awesome. Great personalty and was very thorough. Huge kudos also to the person who answers the phone (Melissa, I believe). She is extremely helpful!!

I have been using Romney Pest Control for nearly 2 years now, and every single technician that has been to my home has been top-notch. Every one of them is always extremely courteous, friendly, and professional on top of being very thorough. As if that wasn't enough, they are less expensive than the company we used before them and their products work 10 times better. Highly recommend!

Neighbors found termites in our cul de sac, so called Romney out to look at my house too. The inspector, Austin, was extremely knowledgable and thorough. Unfortunately, there are termites in the flower beds and areas around the house but Austin was able to quickly get a treatment plan in place to start getting rid of them ASAP. Can't say I'm happy to have termites hanging around, but very happy to have the folks at Romney to fight them.
