I will never do business with them again, nor would I recommend them. I waited years to purchase a hardwood floor and now I am left with a mess. Boards were split upon installation. Wood is now separating to the point where I can put a quarter in the space and it will stand up. Some boards are bowing. I've called them several times and they advised it was due to humidity. I've know numerous people with HW floors and not one looks like the mess I ended up with. Stay away.
