The salesman, Peter Kelly, was great. He really sold us and we spent more money than we wanted to, but his presentation sold us. We were told 2 and a half weeks we would be set. It actually took 4 weeks. Then they made an appointment during the week, so i took the day off of work. We got a call the day before that they would be here between 8-10 and the guy didn't arrive till 10:20. Next he begins working in the bathroom and about 40 minutes into the job he says, I cut the tub to small. Cut? Why is he cutting it? He said he will have to order another tub. What does that mean? Another 4 weeks? I call the service office in Hackettstown, and wait for over 10 minutes to get an operator. She tells me someone will be calling me back. WHAT? Call me back? Everyone in my household either works or goes to school Unfortunately, my father is sick and we are away on Saturdays, when are they going to fix this. I'm about to get my$2100 back. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible work, ,, my mother paid for the whole enclosure with a lifetime gaurantee Well the tub separated from wall and water is going behind the tub! Had to place tape caulking on it to prevent the water from going behind it looks hideous! Well over 3.000 paid 15 years ago and when you call they don't want to be bothered! They ask for the original receipt which it was 15 years ago I don't have it! Plus when you give your name they magically can't find any record of ever doing buisness with you! About at my last straw gonna contact BBB and the News how they don't honor the guarantee Don't ever do business with them it doesn't last a lifetime very disgusted
Won't stop calling even after multiple requests. Filed FTC complaint and complaint with do not call registry. $7k to redo a 5x7 bathroom is outrageous - just cover up issues don't fix. Hard sells don't work either.
