Though they are always a phone call or email away I hadn't had work done in my private home since 2015. Well I had issue with my carbon monoxide and smoke detectors yesterday 4-17-18. I text Todd Shatzer and say can you send someone over today. Between Jason and Todd they got someone to my place by 3pm. I was late by 15 mins having gone to pick up my moms death certificate, which the tech understood and it was nothing but stellar service as always from A-Z from start to finish. Hawkins Electric go back a long time. They will always be my first choice hands down.
I called to have the outside light post repaired, scheduling was painless as was the service provided by Richard. Richard was incredibly polite, competent, and communicated with my wife and I about arrival times and the expected duration of the repairs.
Outstanding customer service by Hawkins Electric. They stand by their work. Especially recommend Richard Brewer, who worked hard to isolate the problem, then fixed it. Thank you!
Another Hawkins Electric project is starting to wrap up. PM/Foreman Dave Miller ran this one from the ground up. We think Dave and his crew did an awesome job!
